NAM NGUYEN
Nam currently oversees business development and the Virtuos studios in South Asia. Previously the General Manager of Glass Egg, a part of Virtuos since 2022, he has played a crucial role in the development of Glass Egg’s Talent and 3D Art Departments. A serial entrepreneur, he has built and grown several successful companies in the technology and game development sectors.

STEVE REID
Steve is well-known as one of the two founders of Glass Egg who oversees the financial and strategic development efforts of the company. He moved to Vietnam and has started his business ventures for more than 20 years.
As a MBA Harvard alumni and former McKinsey & Co.’s Management Consultant, Steve has applied his extensive knowledge of managing starts-up, experiences in strategic development and the remarkable degree of thought as well as precision to Glass Egg’s business practices.

THUY LE
Thuy joined Glass Egg, a part of Virtuos since 2022, as a 3D artist and quickly rose to become Head of Production in 2012. Notable games she has contributed to include the Forza Motorsport and Need for Speed franchises. With over 25 years of industry experience, she possesses extensive skills in art, production, and leadership, enabling her to effectively manage Glass Egg.

QUY NGUYEN
Quy joined the team since 1996 as a programmer then took lead in programming of several titles in the very first day of Glass Egg’s history: The Mission Master Math Grade 3-4-5, Frog and Toad are Friends. With strong passion and dedication in technical development, he has been Glass Egg’s CTO since 2012.
As a technical expert of Glass Egg, he is in charge of more than 1000 technical tools, the QA process and helps determine the working pipeline with internal team for each project.

CHRISTOPHE CHERON
Chris joined Glass Egg in 2025 as Production Director. With more than 12 years of experience in the gaming industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role. Throughout his career, Chris has honed his expertise in Game Development Processes and publishing, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects with creativity and precision. At Glass Egg, he continues to champion innovation, nurture collaboration, and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible in game production.

MINH LE
Minh is currently the Production Manager of the Vehicle department, bringing over 20 years of experience in the game industry. She began her career as a 2D artist and quickly progressed into key roles including 3D Artist, Art Lead, and Art Manager, while also taking on management positions such as Planning Manager and Resource & Art Manager. With deep expertise in art, combined with coding skills and a rapid learning ability, Minh has contributed to the production of several renowned racing game franchises, including Forza, NFS, and CSR. A proactive member of the studio, Minh’s collaborative approach, professional expertise, and team-oriented mindset have made a significant impact on the studio’s culture, fostering a creative, cohesive, and sustainable work environment.

HAI NGUYEN
Hai (Eric) joined Glass Egg as a Junior Art Producer and steadily advanced to Production Manager by 2025. With over 4 years of professional industry experience and a 20+ year passion for gaming, he possesses strong expertise in art project management and production workflows. He has directly managed 15+ projects and overseen more than 30 across Hard Surface, Character, and Concept Art disciplines. Hai excels at coordinating teams to deliver high-quality assets on schedule while fostering clear communication. Noteworthy titles he has contributed to include Apex Legends, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Mafia: The Old Country, and Concord.

MICHAEL ROY PHILLIPS
Michael is the current Art Director for the concept department of Glass Egg. He joined the Glass Egg team in the 1st quarter of 2024, playing a crucial role in consolidating, building and developing the concept team into a more flexible and diversified department, serving both internal departmental and external client requirements. He has worked with numerous AAA developers in the UK over a period of 30+ years, with cross discipline, development experience and focus on concept art and art direction.

TUNG VO
Xuan Tung has been with Glass Egg since 2007 and currently serves as Art Director for the Vehicles team. He is responsible for setting artistic direction, establishing quality standards, and optimizing production pipelines for large-scale racing game projects. Starting as Deputy Art Director overseeing quality control, he has led the Vehicles team to successfully contribute to numerous high-profile racing titles. Xuan Tung prioritizes maintaining high quality, meeting project deadlines, and continuously implementing new techniques to enhance efficiency. He has also played a key role in growing the Vehicles team from a few dozen to hundreds of member. Notable projects he has worked on include the Forza Motorsport series, the Need for Speed series, and Driveclub.

THANG NGUYEN
Thang joined Glass Egg in 2008 as a trainee. With passion and enthusiasm for game art, he steadily progressed through key career milestones, from 3D Artist to Art Lead, then Art Manager, before becoming the Art Director he is today. His many years of hands-on production experience have helped him develop extensive skills to effectively lead the Hard Surface art department. Notable game titles he has contributed to include Mafia - The Old Country, The Hunter - Call of the Wild, World of Tank, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2, Apex Legends, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, LEGO Fortnite, and PUBG Battleground (PC).

HANG DO
Hang joined Glass Egg in 2007 as an Associate Art Director, where she oversaw vehicle assets for early titles in acclaimed franchises such as Forza Motorsport 3, Forza Horizon 2, and Kinect Star Wars. Now serving as Environment Art Director, she has been contributing to later installments of the Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon series, as well as iRacing and CSR 2–3. Alongside her team, Hang has also played a pivotal role in the development of other celebrated titles, including Jurassic World Evolution and the Demon’s Souls Remake. She believes that by embracing new challenges every day, one can continue to grow without truly growing old.

HIEU NGUYEN
Hieu studied IT but joined the company in 2016 as an artist, driven by personal passion in game artistic, and was later given the opportunity to transition into the role of Technical Supervisor. This change allowed him to combine his technical background with art production knowledge to better support the production teams. He is now serving as the Senior Technical Manager, focusing on leading the technical direction, enhancing production efficiency, and driving innovation through our in-house tools and workflows. His goal is to empower the teams with reliable technical solutions and ensure our studio continues to grow with the latest technologies.
