Job Purpose:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be able to streamline the talent acquisition process to ensure that suitable candidates are appointed within the appropriate time frames and maintain the talent pool to utilize the resources properly.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update current and maintain recruiting process for different positions;
  • Work with hiring managers in updating job descriptions and establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing process;
  • Research and choose job advertising options, choose the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment source applied for specific jobs;
  • Post openings on appropriate job boards, groups, professional organizations, etc.;
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
  • Conduct prescreening interviews and arrange further interviews;
  • Keep track of recruiting schedules;
  • Maintain all applicant and interview data;
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and build networks to find them;
  • Work closely with Admin and Culture department to ensure a good onboarding process of newcomers;
  • Support in monitoring the costs of the recruitment department;
  • Supporting in managing and developing casting materials and equipment;
  • Maintain professional knowledge in the field by attending workshops and participating in professional events;
  • Manage company recruiting accounts and be responsible for any recruiting-related information to be published;
  • Build quality relationships with recruitment agencies, schools, universities, and other professional networks to enhance casting efforts;
  • Responsible to build a strong company Brand Image to attract the best talents;
  • Support other departments if needed;
  • And other tasks/ projects assigned by the immediate supervisor (if any).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Good English Communication
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases
  • Knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Client focus along with relationship-building skills
