RECEPTIONIST
Job Description
- Answer promptly all phone calls, handle with care on-hold calls and properly transfer them to the concerned
- Update telephone lists for internal use
- Welcome guests/visitors, internal managers/staff, candidates and provide prompt service/guidance to inquiries
- Receive/dispatch courier, inter-office mail /express delivery
- Taxi cards control
- Manage Announcement email account
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception, meeting rooms
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, scanning,…
- Cooperate with Admin Team to ensure the proper stock of office consumable requirements, i.e. stationery, drinking water, and so on
- Support for the company’s local travel requirements, i.e., hotel, flight bookings
- Other clerical and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- At least 1-2 year(s) of relevant experience in an office environment
- Good English skills is a must
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Organization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks without guidance
- A good team player
