Job Description

  • Answer promptly all phone calls, handle with care on-hold calls and properly transfer them to the concerned
  • Update telephone lists for internal use
  • Welcome guests/visitors, internal managers/staff, candidates and provide prompt service/guidance to inquiries
  • Receive/dispatch courier, inter-office mail /express delivery
  • Taxi cards control
  • Manage Announcement email account
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception, meeting rooms
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, scanning,…
  • Cooperate with Admin Team to ensure the proper stock of office consumable requirements, i.e. stationery, drinking water, and so on
  • Support for the company’s local travel requirements, i.e., hotel, flight bookings
  • Other clerical and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time


  • At least 1-2 year(s) of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Good English skills is a must
  • Effective communication skills

  • Organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks without guidance
  • A good team player
