Production Admin

Job brief 

We are looking for a Production Administrator to support our Production department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from Production team and Admin team 

Your main administrative duties include following up production process, maintaining personnel records, updating internal production databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR/ Admin field and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities 

  • Set up production plan and allocate Artists for projects 
  • Update general production process  
  • Conduct performance reviews 
  • Update internal databases (following up daily attendance tracking + annual leave + OT + record sick or maternity leave) 
  • Follow up with any employee’s issues within Production in liaise with Admin team, and ensure legal compliance 
  • Assist production team by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) 
  • Create regular reports  
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of Production 

Requirements 

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) 
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws is a plus  
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects 
  • Strong in-person communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented and truthful
