Department/Division: Marketing & Employer Branding
Reports to: Marketing Manager
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be end-to-end responsible for Employer Brand in the market to be the Employer of Choice;
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies, especially for Employer Branding area;
- Work with Regional and Global Teams to ensure the market employment brand is aligned with the global employment brand; ensure all branding efforts, awareness building, and sourcing efforts are aligned with country compliance standards;
- Function as external talent market expert with up-to-date information on key market trends and recruitment-related / talent-related analytics; conduct competitive intelligence by reviewing competitors’ employer branding strategies and determining availability of specific talent profiles
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events
- Build and implement an effective campus/university recruiting relations strategy to drive awareness and increase quality applicants
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Monitor Glass Egg’s marketing channels (website, FB, Insta, Twitter, Linkedin)
- Manage ads campaign (Facebook, Instagram ads…)
- Collaborate with Marketing manager in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an Employer Branding or Marketing function. Hands-on experience in dealing with social media (ex. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
- Thorough understanding of the recruitment life cycle and the roles of various stakeholders.
- Result-oriented & can-do attitude.
- Strong service mind & good problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and can work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and written in English is a must
