Job Description

  • Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help-desk
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
  • Document internal procedures
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
  • Report issues to the Manager for escalation
  • Assist and maintenance System server, Internet connection more stable
  • Assist implementing and monitoring AD server, mail server, DHCP, DNS, Files server, Printer, …
  • Managing Camera, Access card system,

Requirements

  • Experience in computer hardware, software, local network…
  • Experience in Domain controller, MAC OS, and mobile device.
  • Experience in graphic design software: Autodesk 3DS MAX, MAYA (install, error fixing…)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
  • 2 years of relevant technical experience
