Casting Executive


As a Casting Executive, you will be working under direction of Casting Manager and involved in every phase of recruiting, from sourcing and job posting through on boarding and hiring.

Job description

  • Update current and maintain recruiting process for different positions 
  • Work with hiring managers in updating job descriptions and establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing process  
  • Research and choose job advertising options, choose the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment source applied for specific jobs 
  • Post openings on appropriate job boards, groups, with professional organizations, etc.  
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements  
  • Conduct prescreening interviews and arrange further interviews 
  • Keep track of recruiting schedules 
  • Maintain all applicant and interview data 
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and build networks to find them 
  • Work closely with Admin and Culture department to ensure a good on boarding process of new comers 
  • Support in monitoring the costs of the recruitment department 
  • Support in managing and developing casting team, casting materials and equipment 
  • Maintain professional knowledge in the field by attending workshops and participating in professional events 
  • Manage company recruiting accounts and be responsible for any recruiting – related information to be published  
  • Build quality relationship with recruitment agencies, schools, universities and other professional networks to enhance casting efforts 
  • Responsible to build a strong company Brand Image to attract the best talents 
  • Support other departments if needed 

Skills required

  • Proven working experience in recruiting in similar industries.  
  • Good English  
  • Bachelor degree in related fields or business/ commerce  
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, Behance, Artstation, StackOverFlow…) 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Proactive and can-do attitude 
  • Passion for recruiting talent and fostering a unique company culture 
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor law is a plus
