Please describe your office and working environment.

The physical environment is on par with any game company in the US or UK. In terms of the company culture we place a very strong emphasis on open and collegial communications and attention to completing work to high standards and satisfying clients rather than adhering to strictly set codes or rules. We believe that our people are ultimately our scarcest resource. We value the insights and ideas of everyone on our production teams, regardless of their experience or background. We value the diversity of people and their unique perspectives while at the same time ensuring that decisions are made and the work gets done efficiently and effectively.
